"Being a mom and having a PhD is not easy," Annie shares. "There are times when I feel like I'm being pulled in two different directions. But I've learned to prioritize, to focus on what's truly important. My child is my world, and my career is my passion. I've found a way to make it work, but it's not without its challenges."
