Many Tamil films are trimmed by the CBFC or directors themselves for runtime or censorship. Tamil Kolly Com claims to obtain the original director's cut. Often, these scenes include extended fight sequences, additional romantic songs, or—most controversially—steamy scenes that were cut to maintain a U/A certificate.
