Contrary to popular belief, you do not need a "BIOS file" for Taito Type X like you do for a Dreamcast. However, you do need dependencies. Batocera uses (Windows compatibility layer) to run the .exe files. Most modern Batocera builds (v35+) come with Wine built-in.
