Pcsx2 Save Game Location Access
If you are using the standard standalone version of PCSX2 on Windows, your saves are located in your user library.
If you are using a (or an old installer that placed files locally), the memcards folder will be inside the main PCSX2 directory. Look for: pcsx2 save game location
Go to Settings > Memory Cards and look at the file path listed at the top, or click Browse to jump to the folder. Default Save Locations by OS pcsx2 save game location
Save states are not compatible between major versions (1.6 to 1.7). Always rely on standard memory card saves when updating your emulator.
