If you’ve rebooted everything, changed your DNS, and other apps (YouTube, Hulu) work fine but Netflix still gives NW-6-403, the issue may be your ISP’s specific route to Netflix. Call them, mention the error code, and ask if they are having “peering” or routing issues.
