"Jumanji: Welcome to the Jungle" is a 2017 American fantasy adventure film directed by Jake Kasdan and written by Kasdan and Scott Rosenberg. The movie is a sequel to the 1995 film "Jumanji" and stars Dwayne Johnson, Jack Black, Kevin Hart, Karen Gillan, Nick Jonas, and Bobby Cannavale. The movie was later dubbed into Hindi and released in India.
The movie takes place 21 years after the events of the first film. The story revolves around four high school students - Spencer (Alex Wolff), Bethany (Madison Iseman), Fridge (Ser'Darius Blain), and Martha (Morgan Turner) - who are serving detention in their school's basement. While exploring the room, they stumble upon an old video game console with a game called "Jumanji." As they start playing the game, they are sucked into the jungle world of Jumanji, where they become avatars in the game.
