Insert the USB into the TV's USB port (usually port #1). Press and hold the Power button on the TV itself (not the remote) while plugging the TV back in, OR use the button combination: Volume Down + Menu . The LED light should begin blinking rapidly.

The standby light will start blinking (red/blue). This means the update is writing.
