The movie revolves around two main characters, Siddharth (Vikram) and Kumar (Suriya), who are mentally challenged in their own ways. Siddharth suffers from retrograde amnesia and is unable to recall his past, while Kumar has a condition known as dissociative fugue, where he creates alternate personas to cope with his traumatic past.
